GROUNDWORKS FOR ANGLESEY AND PEN LLYN

This is a pre-qualification exercise for Groundworks.The Countryside Council for Wales (CCW) is looking for Contractors who can provide the following services:•Approx 4km of track including cattle grids will be designed and constructed; maintenance will be carried out on the same tracks and existing tracks (Lot 1 and 5)•Access off/to major roads is expected on 2 sites, access to minor roads on about 15 sites•114ha of mown material will need to be transported off site to agreed locations. 100m of material is roughly equivalent to 1.25t in weight. (Lot 2 and 5)•Large scale scrub management will be carried out on about 20ha (Lot 2 and 5)•Constructed wetlands (reedbed “sewage” systems) will be built at 8 locations (Lot 2)•15ha of peat stripping and topographic re-profiling will be carried out (Lot 2 and 5)•8000m of culverts, ditching, piping, bunding, ditch blocking, bridging etc will be installed (Lot 3 and 5)There are multiple lots and you are invited to submit a completed Pre-qaulification Questionnaire(PQQ) for one, many or all lots.
