LocationHendregadog, Llangaffo, LL60 6LWGarnedd Isaf, Gaerwen, LL60 6ANGlanllyn & Porthamel, Llanedwen, LL61 6PJDescriptionThe projects involves re-cover & insulate roof, new ridge tiles, remove chimney stack, replace chimney lead flashings, rafter ends to be boxed using upvc fascias, soffits & cladding, replacement of rainwater gutters, downpipes & gullies, provide new soakaways, new soil vent pipes, new upvc front & rear entrance doors, new windows, remove any asbestos material, re-rendering & new external wall insulation, new chimney pots inserts, external concrete paths, damp proofing injecting, timber treatment spraying, installation of oil fired central heating system, remove existing fire surrounds & block up openings and vent, test and line open fire place, new insulated concrete ground floors, hack off existing plaster walls and re-plaster, new skirting boards, redecorate interior throughout, new ceilings, new plastic clad finish walls and ceiling in bathrooms, install new kitchen, new internal doors, new upstairs bathroom, new utility and shower room extension.
