The purpose of this tender is to put into place Contracts or a Sole Contract for the supply of a global selection of quality Scotch Whiskies designed for the Off Trade for sale in selected the House of Commons Retail outlets.The House of Commons operates retail gift shops on and around the Parliamentary Estate, offering bespoke single and dual branded products, which depict aspects of the identity of the Heritage site (history and architectural aesthetics).Scope of Requirement:A global selection of 3 different Whiskies in various formats to include the following key product lines: i) Competitively priced entry-level whisky; ii) Premium blended Whisky with high Malt content; iii) Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky; Gift Pack.Product groups:a. Blended Whisky (two formats 70 cl and 5 cl);b. Blended Whisky gift pack (2 x 5 cl Blended Scotch and Glass);c. Premium Blended Whisky (20 cl format);d. Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky (70 cl format);The House of Commons Retail stores cater for a wide range of customers:— House of Commons members and staff,— Gifting Tourists,— Consumer Tourists,— Collectors.The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with an option for two further one year extensions (3+1+1). The approximate annual spend is 75 000 GBP.
