The GwirVol initiative is inviting tenders for the ongoing content management and development of the GwirVol Website www.gwirvol.org. .GwirVol is a partnership between the third, public and private sectors, and led by the views of young people in Wales. The Partnership exists to take forward the recommendations of the Russell Commission. These recommendations are designed to provide a framework to bring about a step change in the numbers and diversity of young volunteers and to give them more and better quality volunteering opportunities. The GwirVol website is the central information point of the GwirVol initiative, providing information and advice for organisations looking to develop volunteering opportunities for young people as well as an interactive space for young people to get involved and have their say.The deadline for tenders is 2pm on Thursday 28th October 2010. No tenders will be accepted after this time.Any questions asked by applicants with regards to the tender must be submitted in writing to the above address or by email to gwirvol@wcva.org.uk by Monday 11th October 2010. All responses to questions will be published on the tender webpage www.Sell2Wales.com and www.gwirvol.org.uk for all applicants to see as they are submitted. The latest date by which questions and answers will be published will be Thursday 14th October 2010.
