Gwynedd Council invites applications from Domiciliary Care Providers registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (or equivalent) who wish to join our list of Approved Providers for the provision of Domiciliary Care Services. The Council wishes to increase the capacity in its contracted service provision in some areas and specialist domiciliary care and to develop the local domiciliary care market.Care packages shall be allocated to Service Providers under the Brokerage System and any hours purchased will initially be offered to those Service Providers interested in providing a service within a specific area and who have set the lowest hourly rate.The Contract will commence in May 2010 and will continue until May 2011 with the option to extend up to May 2013.
