HAIL have identified one hundred (100) properties for stock condition assessment and survey. The stock condition reports will contain sufficient detail to allow the Housing Association to cost, program and implement a thirty-year life cycle maintenance schedule to ensure good repairs and maintenance service in all of our homes.The information generated by this stock condition survey needs to inform us of the current condition of the properties and the report will allow for a thirty-year life cycle costing to be generated of the properties. This will allow us to update and determine HAIL’s planned maintenance programme in addition to the cyclical maintenance programme.
