Delivery of a Wheelchair Service providing call handling, clinical assessment and prescription service, wheelchair and associated equipment supply, deliveries, collections, modifications, repairs (operational hours and out of hours) and planned preventative equipment maintenance for both adults and children. The population to be served by this requirement are within the following six (6) CCGs: NHS West Hampshire CCG, NHS Portsmouth CCG, NHS Southampton CCG, NHS Fareham and Gosport CCG and South East Hampshire CCG, in addition to NHS England: Specialised Commissioning CCG.
