We anticipate a tender process for the delivery of the following services:1) helpdesk services;2) 24 hours emergency maintenance response;3) routine maintenance provision;4) planned preventative maintenance provision;5) statutory compliance such as gas, electrical, legionella testing and rectification;6) grounds maintenance including winter gritting;7) small works projects;8) minor works projects;9) any other applicable property related services.Please note this list is indicative only.
