Hertfordshire County Council (the Contracting Authority) acting on behalf of the Participants is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Education Year Diaries, Calendars, Planners and Calendar Year Diaries (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”).
