Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Hertfordshire Design Review Panel Framework Agreement for a Re-Opening of Lots 4, 5, 7 and 9. Following a procurement, the Council awarded a Framework Agreement for the provision of the Hertfordshire Design Review Panel, which commenced on the 26 July 2019. Multiple contractors were awarded onto each of the nine (9) Lots. Under this Framework, the Council reserved the right to open it up (by issue of an advertisement on Supply Hertfordshire) to new/existing contractors throughout the Framework Term, if numbers of awarded contractors for any Lot fell below the following thresholds: Lots 1, 6, 7, 8 and 9: Two contractors Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5: Six contractors For Lots 4, 5, 7 and 9, the number of Contractors awarded onto the Framework was below these thresholds and therefore the Council is now issuing a new advertisement on Supply Herefordshire to seek new contractors to add to the awarded contractors on these four lots only. Please note that this does not affect those contractors that have already been awarded onto the Framework Agreement. Bidders who respond to the new advertisement and comply with all instructions within the documentation will be evaluated and awarded onto the Framework Agreement in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology used to establish the Framework Agreement and detailed in Section 1, paragraph 7 (Quotation Award) of the Quotation Document. Successful Bidders will be able to receive Orders once the award has been confirmed and will enter the Direct Award Rotation List at the bottom. Full details are contained in the Quotation Documents. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 07.01.2020. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Quotation by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 07.01.2020. Bidders must complete and submit a Quotation in full following the instructions in the procurement documentation and on the e-Tendering system by the specified closing date and time. Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Quotation submissions cannot be uploaded after this return deadline. Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.
