Following a series of provider meetings and our first provider focus group, we are writing to confirm details of the pre-procurement market engagement event for our enablement at home/floating support tender. We are hosting a 1 day event on 13.1.2020 at 9.30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Longfield Fire and Rescue Training Centre, Hitchin Rd, Stevenage SG1 4AEThe session will include:— introduction and vision for a new service,— over view of connected lives,— case studies,— workshop on delivering connected lives and service model and pricing timelines,— next steps tea and coffee will be available as well as a light buffet lunch. Please email hpft.connectedlives@nhs.net referencing PPME JAN20 to confirm your attendance or to forward on any queries.We will need to know:— the names of those attending,— the name of your organisation you represent,— any dietary requirements.Please note that spaces will be limited to 2 representatives per organisation, and 2 service users should you wish to bring along. We welcome the thoughts and comments from the service users who will be experiencing the services first hand. If there is an appetite for service users to attend, we will plan accordingly so that they only have to stay for the morning or afternoon session so they do not feel obliged to stay for the entire event. Providers are encouraged to attend this event if they are interested in joining our contract now or in the future. It is strongly advised that you attend this session, and the following, final session after, as this is the final chance for organisations to understand the processes going forward and how HPFT will be conducting business with this market in the future. Lastly, it is strongly recommended that you are registered with Supply Hertfordshire http://www.supplyhertfordshire.uk/ which is where providers across the country will be notified of the tender electronically in order for you to be kept up to date with the latest information. Please be advised that the deadline to confirm attendance is 6.1.2020.
