The vision of this service is to establish supportive relationships, appropriate accommodation and fulfilling daily activities for adults with complex and multiple needs, through a more cost effective use of collective resource. The successful provider that delivers this service must be able to successfully deliver services to complex and chaotic clients and work strategically to build credibility and provide analysis and learning which will help influence the delivery of public services in Hertfordshire in the future.
