Clwyd Alyn Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from established contractors with experience of office/shop fitting. Estimated value around 150k gross.The aim of the works are to modernise the existing Head Office in St Asaph by creating an open plan workspace. Works will include structural works, mechanical and electrical and fixtures and fittings.
