Southend-on-Sea City Council are looking to procure a contract for Healthy Lifestyles services as part of a comprehensive programme of health and wellbeing interventions and services for people living and working in Southend-on-Sea. r r The aim of the contract is to deliver the following: Adult Weight Management Services, Smoking and Vaping Cessation, Making Every Contact Count, Workplace Wellbeing, Outreach and GP Health Checks, Social prescribing, Physical Activity Interventions, Falls Prevention. r r The Provider will ensure collaboration with a broad range of partners, including but not limited to the NHS, Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System, Active Southend, local voluntary and community organisations and more.r r Further information and all tender documents can be found on Proactis.
