The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified supplier to provide equipment, kits, sets and fluids for Renal Replacement Therapy and to meet the requirements of the Critical Care and Cardiothoracic Department within the UHB. Further information is set out in a pre-qualification questionnaire ("PQQ"), which is available on request. The LHB are seeking a supplier to provide a purchase, lease or managed service option for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the UHB's discretion.
