Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is looking to procure heating framework covering all types of heating and heating related renewable services which will replace our existing heating framework that is due to expire during August 2025. This prior information notice is being used to engage with the market and interested organisations are encouraged to engage with EEM and register their interest.
