This Programme is aimed at Leaders, Managinig Directors, Strategic Managers and Senior Producers. The Programme will include an ambitious conference with an emphasis on how to create profit and re-invent business models; monetising content (existing and new on different platforms); and exploitation in terms of marketing and market awareness. The conference will involve networking and learning opportunities (seminars which people sign up and attend) with a wide choice of sessions across two days: keynote interviews, panel discussions, case study examples from international/established professionals with a track record in this area, expert opinion as well as networking breaks and lunches. The Conference will also involve attaching Welsh companies with international experts, who will then establish a mentoring relationship with that company to develop and exploit the company’s content rights in broadcast and corporate markets.Skillset is looking to contract with a training provider specialising in the exploitation of multi-platform content and has links with international/established experts in this field. The training provider will be expected to ensure the Programme delivers impact for the companies involved and will monitor the mentoring opportunities that emerge from the Conference.Skillset is looking for at least 50 delegates to attend the two day conference and at least 15 delegates to benefit from the mentoring.
