The contract with the incumbent supplier expires on 31.8.2016. The National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL), an executive agency of the DfE, has awarded a contract to Future Leaders Trust to support the remaining cohorts following expiry of the current contract.This procurement was conducted under the ‘Light Touch Regime’ (LTR) (see Regulations 74-77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015). The procurement used an adapted version of the open procedure.Under this new contract, Future Leaders Trust will deliver the 2nd and 3rd years of the HPSL programme to existing cohorts, totalling 209 participants, between August 2016 and July 2018.
