This work is located in JERSEY. The scope of work involves the removal of the existing heating plant and associated services, the installation of a temporary boiler system, and a complete upgrade of the boiler and heating system serving the Turner / Camden room. In addition, works will be carried out in the Art and Media block to replace the existing gas heating supply with an electric system. The project will also require final commissioning, preparation of documentation, and submission of record drawings.
