This contract will replace the current framework contract (1/208), when the equipment supply element expires in October 2019, to provide Highways England HADECS (Highways Agency Digital Enforcement Compliance System) services to include:Element 1: supply, install and commission of Home Office Type Approved (HOTA) HADECS version 3X equipment and systems;Element 2: operational support of equipment and systems. To include equipment supplied under 1/208 as well as TMTii29;Element 3: development and HOTA approval of minor enhancements to equipment and systems.
