Highways and External works for the Pillgwenlly Regeneration Completion Project
Descriptions
This completion project maintains the objective to address the issues of the original Radburn residential layout which was constructed in the 1970’s. This will be achieved by redeveloping the public areas, opening up new routes through the estate, constructing new boundaries together with hard and soft landscaping to improve the environment and help tackle the issues of ASB and crime. In addition to the external environmental works, there is also a separate programme of balcony and balustrading renovation which will run in parallel. This, this is an occupied site with other contractors working on routine repairs and services on behalf of NCH.
