The aim is to work with one supplier to produce a research vision for the next ten years that builds upon the existing state of knowledge, reflects current organisational and government priorities, supports heritage sector needs and connects with academic agendas.

 

The output will be a new Strategic Research Framework composed of a cluster of externally facing core strategies and internal delivery plans that will direct historic environment research for Historic England, its partners and the wider heritage sector
