This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency notice (VEAT) in connection with the provision of home-care service for HIV medicines OJEU contract notice 2015/S 250-457235 to indicate that NHS LPP intends to set up a temporary framework agreement. The framework covers the controlled dispensing and home delivery service for medication via an auditable and where necessary, cold chain logistics process/the framework has been instigated to achieve robust procurement and demonstrate value for money.
