The full project consists of: Safe isolation, removal and disposal of the existing Standby Generator C/D. Installation of a new upgraded size 500kVA Standby Generator to supply switchboards C/D and Letham Hall. Preservation and upgrade works to the generator room and fuel tank room. Provision of a 500kVA temporary generator during the Works to ensure continuity of supply to Switchboard C/D and Letham in the event of mains power loss during the works. Installation of an automatic changeover panel to automatically protect Letham Hall in the event of a mains failure. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) incorporating the European Single Procurement Document will be published by the SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses shall then be evaluated in accordance with the ITT.
