Following the success of the Isle of Anglesey County Council (IACC) bid for UK Government ‘Levelling-up’ (LUF) funding and following work to develop plans and gain the necessary permissions, Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance wishes to appoint a construction contractor to supervise and implement the works on site.In brief, the works comprise the following:•Various conservation works on the Grade I listed St Cybi’s church•The careful removal of items from the interior and the laying of a new floor with underfloor heating•The restoration of certain items into new positions, including historic floor tiles•The construction of an extension to the neighbouring Eglwys y Bedd and the restoration of its interior•Installation of carbon reduction technologies, including ASHP units and solar panelsPlease see attached specification document for more details.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=139164.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
