The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake renovation works.This contract involves transforming a long term derelict and disused former Market Hall, a Grade II Listed Building, which is located at the heart of Holyhead’s town centre.The purpose of this speculative notice is to give prior notice to any interested contractors that the council intends to issue tender documents via the sell2wales portal in mid November, with a tender return date of mid December.
