Home Group invites tenders to provide insurance services.Insurance services may involve insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination ofboth. The term is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurancepolicies, as well as claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any otherinsurance related services. It is the intention of Home Group to retain insurance service providersfor a period of 3 years, subject to satisfactory annual reviews of service and performance. Theerm will commence on 1.4.2013. At the discretion of Home Group, and subject to satisfactoryservice cost and performance, this initial period may be extended for a further 2 years.The process will be conducted under the EU Directive Open Procedure. Tenderers will be requiredo submit a proposal in accordance with the published specification, but we will also acceptvariants in respect of deductible levels and programme placement.
