Home Group is embarking on an ambitious growth agenda where we will see a vast increase in the number of homes we develop across the country. In order to achieve this we need the support and expertise of external consultants from a range of disciplines. The Planning Consultants Framework will provide on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of planning related issues, it will be used to seek advice on local issues and respond quickly where the opportunities arise. The purpose of the planning framework is to achieve consistency of advice, greater capacity and best value so that we are best placed to meet our growth targets.
