Lot 1: Provision of transport services to cover regular planned Home to School journeys for special needs and vulnerable pupils.These journeys are required on a daily, weekly or termly basis. The majority are daily journeys and are required every school day. The majority start and finish within the City boundaries of Southampton.Lot 2: Provision of transport services to cover ad-hoc journeys required by Children's Services Department. These services may include both planned and unplanned journeys, normally within the city boundaries of Southampton.Lot 3: Provision of transport services to cover ad-hoc. journeys required by other Southampton City Council departments.
