Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Education Directorate provide Home to School Transport for all eligible pupils in line with the Authority’s Policy for the provision of transport. The Directorate typically arranges transport for approximately 8300 pupils and students to and from Schools, Colleges and other education establishments each day. Caerphilly County Borough Council are intending to establish a service framework consisting of taxi, minibus and specially adapted vehicles for the provision of a home to school service.
