Project Management services for the Data Quality r workstream to allow the HtB team to understand and manage r all critical data dependencies, (that may see a different r internal HtB programme prepare and clean the data to r prepare it for a high-profile financial data migration, in the r scenario that a new organisation is successful in the current r ITT evaluation).r • Project Management services to lead and oversee the r programmes Commercial Governance, Legal & Procurement r workstream activities and associated risks, issues, r dependencies and constraints.r • Project Management services for the Digital, Migration & r Testing workstream activities and associated risks, issues, r dependencies and constraints. r • Provide specialist support to the development, engineering r and mapping of business processes in the form of a business r analyst with extensive experience in this area. r • Create and maintain programme and project quality systems, r (as defined in the Programme Terms of Reference), r implementation of them, and thereafter ensure that the r systems are effective in meeting both the programme and key r stakeholders quality expectations.
