These sites will serve as focal points for joint efforts between Homes England and NCC to develop a strategic pipeline for Nottingham. Through a combination of desktop analysis and soft market testing, the commission will:
• Establish a shared pipeline of housing-led regeneration opportunities
• Assess suitable housing tenures in response to occupier segment demand per site
• Recommend delivery strategies and potential public-private partnership arrangements
