Horsenden Primary School and Children's Centre: Cleaning Contract.
Descriptions
The school requires an experienced cleaning contractor to manage the day to day buildings cleaning as well as deep cleaning for the school's indoor swimming pool. Contractors will need to be able to provide full pension transference of the existing staff who are (mostly) in the local superannuation scheme. Tenderers will be bidding on an initial summer deep clean following contract award in July 2014. Further selection criteria will be listed in the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire.
