Horsham District Council (‘the Council’) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Bulky Waste Collection Services throughout the Horsham District. This is in order fulfill the Council’s obligations under Section 45 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to collect household waste, which allows residents to dispose of unwanted items (‘Waste’) such as furniture, white goods (large electrical goods) and other portable household items, for which a service charge is payable.
