Horsham District Council had a prior arrangement to rent two VW CR35 Vehicles. The Council elected to purchase outright these vehicles to end the continued rental payments in favour of a single purchase price. The Council granted an exemption from needing to perform a quotation exercise in accordance with Section 6 of the Council's Procurement Code.
