The Hostel Pathway offers accommodation based support to single homeless people with support needs, rough sleepers, people with substance misuse problems ex-offenders and women with children escaping domestic violence. Services are designed to assist people to address their support needs and move on to independent accommodation. Vulnerable people single homeless people are acitvely supported to change their behaviour moving from a chaotic lifestyle to one of stability and acquiring the skills to move onto and maintain independent living.
