Descriptions

The scope of commodities to be covered in the framework are as follows:— Coffee in various formats,— Tea in various formats,— Hot Chocolate,— Supply and maintenance of machinery and associated equipment,— Other coffee shop items such as cakes, pastries, confectionery, etc.— Ancillaries such as branded/non-branded disposables and non-disposables,— Barista equipment,— Training of staff.It is envisaged that suppliers will be able to cover the full scope of ingredients, machinery (including maintenance) and associated products that surround providing a coffee shop or similar function.
