East Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) has previously surveyed 80% of their domestic stock and now wishes to commission a stock condition survey of the remaining 20% in order to assess the condition and future liabilities of the housing stock, and the Council’s interests and liabilities associated with the owner-occupied stock (mixed tenure). In total East Dunbartonshire Council owns 3530 domestic properties
