WRAP, working on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), requires a waste composition analysis to cover Northern Ireland. This work will be conducted in two phases, will cover all 11 local authorities in Northern Ireland and will serve to update the department's understanding of household waste composition
