The development is for the construction of 21 no. dwellings comprising 2 & 3 bedroomed semi-detached & detached houses and 2 bed apartment block including all ancillary site works summarized below: - Construction of 21no. new dwelling units, constructed as detached or semi-detached blocks comprising: - 3no. blocks of Single Storey Semi Detached Units (6 x 2 Bed Units) - 3no. Two Storey Terraces (6 x 3 Bed & 2 x 2 Bed Units) - 1no. Single Storey Detached 3 Bed Special Needs Unit - 1no.
