Dartford Borough Council invites tenders, from companies or persons experienced in the supply of Housing Estate Cleaning Services. The Contract Term shall be from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2017 (2 years), with no option to extend. The Council’s general requirements will involve, but not be limited to, routine and responsive cleaning duties to Council owned blocks of properties and its 14 Sheltered Scheme Units, for example: Cleaning Communal Areas and Staircases Litter Picking Leaf Blowing Window Cleaning
