Works will incorporate, where required and agreed following joint inspection, the installation of new:•kitchens•bathrooms•boilers•heating systems•rewiring•front and back doors•windows•roofs, and •medical aids and adaptations.The supply of main building furniture e.g. kitchen and bathroom furniture etc., will be via designated suppliers.
