Rhyl Housing Regeneration TRIp ProjectOutline brief for consultancy servicesOverviewDCC is bidding for Capital funding under the Welsh Government Targeted Regeneration Initiative Programme (TRIp) for a Housing Regeneration Scheme in Central Rhyl. The project value will be £450k involving up to a maximum of 14 properties but we estimate 10 will actually sign up. We are looking to appoint a consultant to bring the project forward up to tender stage to enable us to bid for the capital funding.IMPORTANT NOTEThe funding for this project has not yet been secured, but timescales dictate that the tender process needs to be undertaken.Tenderers should be aware that Denbighshire County Council reserve the right not to proceed with this project for whatever reason they deem appropriate.DCC decision is final.Any costs associated with the preparation of a tender submission is at the risk of the tenderer and DCC will not be liable for any charges or costs associated with provision of such response.
