Housing Regeneration Employers Requirements

It is proposed to commission a template of Housing Regeneration and Delivery Employer's Requirements (ER's) to standardise and update client brief requirements. In addition, the existing New Build Design Specification V6 (not including appendices, which will remain in pdf format) and the standardised ER template are to be transferred into the NBS Uniclass system to align client brief content, adhere to the Government's golden thread requirement and simplify the contract management for future housing delivery projects.
