Caerphlly County Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of Housing Related Support services, funded through the Supporting People Programme Grant, to meet the needs of vulnerable people over 50 within the Caerphilly borough. The aim of the Service is to deliver Housing Related Support that reduces theIncidences of tenancy breakdown and/or individuals losing their homesLevels of homelessness and incidences of repeat homelessnessUse of inappropriate temporary accommodationCrisis admissions to hospital and delayed hospital dischargesNumber of emergencies resulting in intensive services being requiredEnsure that the welfare benefits if appropriate are in place and support with budgeting.The procurement process for this arrangement shall follow a two-stage, Open Procedure. Candidates will be required to pass the selection stage response before the specification response will be consideredSelection Stage (Stage One):-This stage consists of compliance, pass / fail questions that must be completed in full. Failure to complete will result in the submission being rejectedStage Two - Award Stage (Stage Two):All Organisations that successfully pass all elements of the selection stage will progress on to the Award Stage.
