Southampton City Council (the ‘Council’) has undertaken a review into the current provision of housing related support for young people which provides the basis for the services set out in this specification.The review identified a continued need to commission services to support vulnerable young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.In response the Council has developed a commissioning approach that will ensure maximum use of available resources. This will be through the provision of a range of supported accommodation for young people, including a Floating Support service and a Supported Lodgings Service.Estimated Contract Value: 2 901 639 GBP — 4 836 065 GBP
