Replacement of existing roof coverings, including lead works, facia gutters and down pipes: reference PCW10978.Works are estimated to begin in October 2011.Please note that the council is also considering use of Photovoltaic cells and two installation options are currently being reviewed:a) purchased and installed to comply with Microgeneration Certificate Scheme (“MCS”) requirements. Information can be found on the web site http://www.microgenerationcertification.org/ orb) a supplier who installs the equipment at no cost under a “Rent a Roof” agreement.
