Descriptions
Worcestershire County Council are looking to commission a range of services to support and/or accommodate young people and young families. Providers will be invited to bid for a range of provision made available in different locations, with coverage across the county of Worcestershire. The requirements are for the provision of:Lot A: Housing Related Support for young people;Lot B: Safe Base short term, emergency accommodation for young people aged between 16 and 17 (at the time of placement), who are experiencing homelessness;Lot C: Supported lodgings (including emergency supported lodgings);Lot D: Support and/or accommodation for care leavers — fixed (i.e. accommodation and support) or floating (support only) intensive support packages for care leavers (18-25) with complex needs who may have been unable to maintain a tenancy.
