The provision of SPRG funded housing related support services for a variety of clients, including but not limited to, people fleeing domestic abuse, people with a learning disability, with an alcohol or drug dependence or with a chronic illness. The Council is also interested in the provision of lifestyle services for prolific and priority offenders. A full list of potential clients will be provided to interested parties.
