This is required because establishing those impacts, and the resulting value for money are key requirements for all initiatives, large or small.Organisations and programmes are often multi-sector and multi-disciplinary, with a rich breadth of primary and secondary outcomes across a wide range of areas including economic, societal, cultural and environmental benefits.
